Lesbian kiss at Seattle ballpark stirs up gay-friendly town

http://seattlepi.nwsource.com/national/1110ap_lesbian_kiss.html

It's heating up! I see the challenge as being this: with homophobia
still being rampant, a simple kiss between two men or two women will
feel less appropriate to a larger number of homophobic people, and
therefore will be targeted, even if not intended to be! I suspect the
complaining woman wouldn't have complained if it were a hetero couple,
proving my point. A gay kiss might equal straight groping in some
people's eyes.

Once being told of the "complaint", the Safeco staff should have
evaluated the behavior and treated it equal to similar behavior by
heteros. I highly doubt a straight couple would have gone to the next
level of being warned.

Hidden and open homophobia are equally damaging y'all.
